Almost a year since True Religion was available for free download, and Jaisaun is still dropping music videos from the controversial mixtape. This time he teams up with the Green Monstars to rhyme about drowing your pain with Red stripes (Jamaican Beer) and clouding your troubles with weed smoke (Oooh Wee!). Knoname Needed provides the jazzy instrumental for the trio to spaz on.

Greg Mohan makes a cameo appearance and directs the video also. Also cameos from Pappa Grande and Vince Beatz.The video will premiere on this site IamJaisaun on August 22nd.

Jaisaun is very busy right now. You just seen him in Green Monstars' "Poor House" video, and soon you can see the trio tear up Jaisaun's second video "Oooh Wee!" from the "True Religion" mixtape. The song's production is laced by Green Monstars' Knoname Needed. This video is also directed by Mohan Media.

Jaisaun has great chemistry with Mohan Media. The company is responsible for most of Jaisaun's music videos. The video's concept revolves around a smokers/ alcohol anonymous program lead by Greg Mohan (who also directed and co starred with Jaisaun in their feature-film debut "Cash Flow"). Expect dope verses and comical moments in this smoked out visual dropping sometime in July.

Jaisaun & His Family Is Grieving The Loss Of His Younger Cousin

RICHMOND, VA (WTVR) -

"The Scout leaders are really upset about what has happened and our sympathies are with the family and the leaders."

It's a tragedy that the Heart of Virginia Council is investigating.

Why 13-year-old Caleb Smith drowned in the Rappahanock River while on a boy scout camping trip Saturday morning.

A weekend outing Scout Executive Bradford Nesheim says the Lancaster Troop takes all the time.

"The boys know what the rules are. Troops are safely run, who knows what kids are going to do. When you blink your eyes, they might do something that's going to get them in trouble," said Bradford Nesheim, Scout Executive, Heart of Virginia Council.

Even though adult supervision was nearby, senior patrol leader Trevor Carter tells CBS 6 he took Caleb and his friend, Elijah to the sandbar on the river. Not part of the scheduled activities.

"I really can't comment on that. I don't really know why the boys went on the Sandbar," said Nesheim

Boy Scout officials tell us they have an incredibly good safety record when it comes to water activities.

Nesheim says, "all of our aquatic activities are tightly controlled. We follow the safe swim defense with trained leadership. The boys go in by ability groups. They're in a safe area. We have a look out at all times, lifeguard, these sorts of things are always in play,"

And organizations like the YMCA follow similar safety practices.

Spokesperson Nan Brennan says life guards are at least 18 and older, kids are put in small groups, and safety vests are a must. "Anytime, any of our students are around water whether it's boating, swimming...we have a certified lifeguard on duty with those children at all times with staff who are trained in water safety," said Nan Brennan, YMCA.

YMCA officials say parents should visit the site before signing up their child, make sure the staff is properly trained, always ask for references and get the camp's guidelines and policies.

The Rappahanock River may appear calm and serene, but on Saturday morning its current was so strong, it claimed the life of 13-year-old Caleb Smith.

"He came up three times and said "Trevor, help me", and I told him I was coming", says Scout Patrol Leader, Trevor Carter

Carter, visibly distraught, says feels responsible.

He says they were all on a boy scout camping trip in Richmond county over the weekend.

While going to the sandbar on the river was not on the agenda, Carter says he wanted Caleb and his friend, Elijah, to experience it.

'I went to show them the sandbar because it was their first time on the campground", he says.

Carter, knowing that Caleb was a beginner swimmer, told the boys to "walk" back to shore on the sandbar, while he and his friend swam back.

But, halfway back to shore they turned around, and saw Caleb and Elijah drowning.

"I told Scott to go get Caleb, and I get Elijah. I said to Elijah, "are you alright?". He said "Yeah, go get Caleb". But, by the time Scott got there, he couldn't get him and let him go", says Carter.

Carter says Caleb was panicking and crying for help, so he put Elijah on the canoe, went back in the water, but couldn't find Caleb.

Meanwhile, Chancy Elliot, Caleb's mother says she's taking it one day at a time.

She recalls seeing her son for the last time Friday night, leaving for camp.

"He told me "I love you" before he left. I told him "I love you, too", she says.

Elliot says Caleb was on the honor roll at Lancaster Middle School, loved older brother, Steadman, his dogs, his pet turtle, and most of all, God.

She doesn't blame Trevor Carter for what happened to Caleb. She believes it was Caleb's "time".

"Because the other little boy, Elijah, he was fighting (the current), too, and he could have drowned but he didn't, and God knows the one he wants to take", she says.

Elliott says she's grateful for the support of her siblings, friends and pastor at Sharon Baptist Church.

Caleb's funeral is Saturday at 1 p.m. at Lancaster Middle School.
